As the Project Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the project’s success. Your responsibilities will mirror those of a CTO, making strategic decisions, coordinating teams, and driving growth.

Your new role

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the founder to develop and execute a robust business plan.
• Team Coordination: Oversee cross-functional teams, including IT development, marketing, sales, and content creation.
• Financial Management:
  • Monitor expenditures and income streams.
  • Design pricing models aligned with the business plan.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to allocate the marketing budget.
  • Plan salaries for the project team.
• Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our marketing initiatives.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the founder and Group CEO of our client.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must-Have:
  • Proven track record in business lending.
  • Any of the following:
    • MBA
    • Startup leadership experience
    • C-level business leadership role
  • Experience managing fully remote teams.
• Good-to-Have:
  • Passion for the tourism industry (bonus points if you’re an experienced traveler!).
  • Software industry experience (project management or development).
  • MBA (yes, it’s that valuable!).
  • A failed startup attempt (because we learn from setbacks!).
  • A successful startup exit (celebrate those wins!).
